Which Canadian cities does NativeNic deliver to?

Whether your address is on our city-page list or not, Canada Post and Purolator can reach virtually any Canadian postal code: just place the order and we will dispatch on the same 4pm schedule.
What if my city isn't on the list yet?
No problem. Our city pages reflect the routes we ship most frequently, but Purolator and Canada Post reach virtually any Canadian postal code. How long does delivery take?
Orders placed before 4pm local time dispatch the same business day. Major metros (Vancouver, Halifax, Quebec City, Winnipeg) typically arrive in 2–3 business days. Northern and remote routes (Iqaluit, Yellowknife, Whitehorse, Thompson, Corner Brook) take 4–7 business days. Every package includes a tracking number from dispatch.
Do you ship to remote and northern communities?
Yes — we have dedicated city pages for Iqaluit (NU), Yellowknife (NT), Whitehorse (YT), Thompson (MB), and other northern hubs. Carrier handoff still uses Purolator and Canada Post — there is no surcharge for remote postal codes if your order qualifies for free shipping ($150+).
Is age verification required at delivery?
Yes. All NativeNic shipments require a signature from someone 19 years or older (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba, and Quebec) at delivery. The carrier checks government-issued photo ID. Packages cannot be left unattended at the door — if no eligible recipient is home, the carrier leaves a notice for pickup at the local depot.
Which carriers do you use?
NativeNic ships exclusively with Purolator (expedited ground) and Canada Post (parcel) — both fully tracked, both with adult-signature service. Routing is selected automatically based on destination postal code and delivery speed.
Do you ship to PO boxes?
Unfortunately, NativeNic does not ship to PO boxes — full cartons exceed standard PO box dimensions, Canada Post PO box service adds 3–5 extra business days, and a tobacco parcel sitting in a public post-office facility is more exposed to mishandling than a tracked door delivery. If your reason was privacy, you can relax: neither Purolator nor Canada Post will phone you or knock loudly — just a tracking notification, plain unmarked packaging, and an adult signature at the door. Provide a residential or business street address at checkout and we'll dispatch in 2–7 business days.
Can I order from outside Canada?
No. NativeNic ships to Canadian addresses only — we cannot ship to the United States, the UK, the EU, or any country outside Canada. Federal regulation prohibits cross-border tobacco shipment from our facility.
